As the province restrictions are winding down, we pause to reflect on all that we have been through as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Each of us has been changed and affected personally and professionally. Our communities, and indeed our world, have been changed. Thankfully, we’ve made it to this point together.
We thank you all, students and their families, for being steadfast in following the guidelines set out by our Health Officers to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for being brave to keep coming to the dojang with your kids. Thanks to my students for continuing to train while wearing masks, and keeping physical distance. Thanks also for those who stayed at home and trained through online conferencing. We see your efforts and are grateful for your support.
As the case numbers go down through the help of the vaccines, the masks requirements are now optional and we are hopeful that soon, this pandemic will come to an end. However, we know that everyone has different comfort levels and we will continue to respect everyone’s decision if they still want to wear a mask.
Thank you for your strong support and we hope to see every one back soon.
